Rob Smith – Founder & Leadership Coach

As a leadership coach and training facilitator Rob partners with businesses globally, supporting their leaders with their professional development and success at work.

Throughout Rob’s 20-year career he has held senior leadership positions in the Recruitment, HR Consulting and Digital Advertising sectors.  Having managed multi million dollar sales budgets and large teams of people Rob brings a commercial lens and results focus to all of his work.  

Rob strives for high-impact coaching experiences at both an individual and organisational level, leaning on his diverse commercial background and commitment to development.  Subsequently he has coached and trained leaders in sectors including Tech, Education, Property, Manufacturing, Recruitment, Media & Advertising and Fashion & Retail.

As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Rob is governed by a global standard of coaching and the ICF Code of Ethics.

He is a Certified Organisational Coach (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership – IECL), NLP Practitioner Coach, DISC Practitioner and Strengthscope® Practitioner.

Rob believes that it’s a privilege to support the development of others and that it’s important to give back and have an impact in other ways too.
